Start with your goal.

Are you starting from the basics, improving an existing skill, preparing for interviews or planning a café business? Ask which parts of the curriculum match that goal. A shorter workshop and a complete programme may serve different needs.

Ask about your own practice time.

Check the number of students per batch, the equipment you will use and how practical work is organised. Ask which tasks you will practise yourself and how the trainer reviews your progress.

Understand the timetable.

Confirm actual class days and training hours, not only the course’s calendar duration. Check whether the daily timing works with your job, travel and accommodation plans.

Meet the trainer and see the setting.

Ask about the trainer’s relevant café experience and arrange a visit where practical. Ask to see the training space and discuss the equipment and teaching language.

Check the complete offer.

Compare the syllabus, materials, assessment, certificate and support that are included. Discuss any guarantee or internship conditions in writing. Confirm any employer-specific qualification requirements separately.
