What you’ll practise.
WEEK 01 · THE FOUNDATIONS
Build your foundation
Understand your beans, your equipment and the variables behind a balanced espresso.
- Coffee origins, beans and roast basics
- Machine and grinder familiarisation
- Espresso dosing, tamping and extraction
- Hygiene, cleaning and safe workflow
WEEK 02 · MILK & LATTE ART
Find your perfect pour
Learn to create silky milk and bring balance, texture and a beautiful finish to the cup.
- Milk steaming and temperature control
- Microfoam texture and consistency
- Cappuccino, latte and flat white basics
- Latte-art foundations and guided pouring
WEEK 03 · CAFÉ SKILLS
Think like a barista
Bring your skills together and practise the workflow that helps a café service run smoothly.
- Preparing core espresso-based drinks
- Recipe consistency and tasting practice
- Organising your station and service workflow
- Customer communication and machine care
WEEK 04 · CONFIDENCE & CAREER

COURSE & FEES
Rs. 50,000 current one-month course fee
50% (Rs. 25,000) in advance and 50% (Rs. 25,000) within 30 days.
Includes the completion certificate, course notes, pro book, mock interview preparation and CV support. Accommodation and meals together cost Rs. 20,000 for 30 days, charged separately from the course fee.
Short courses are available by discussion. Their duration, skills, schedule and fee are confirmed separately.

The programme includes mock interview preparation and professional CV support for applications in Pakistan and abroad. These help you prepare; employment, salary and visa decisions are made by the relevant employers and authorities.
Internship opportunity
The best student of each batch gets an internship at Gloria Jean’s Garden Town branch.
One student per batch · performance-led opportunity. Discuss selection, duration, schedule and paid or unpaid status with admissions before enrolling.
COURSE COMPLETION
Your completion certificate.
A completion certificate is included in the one-month programme, together with course notes and the pro book. Ask the institute to explain the completion requirements and show the certificate format before you enrol.
When applying for work or further training, confirm any specific qualification requirements with the organisation receiving your application.

Fees are non-refundable once paid. Your selected batch is fixed after enrolment; class and batch transfers are not available.
