Inquiries and contact

Our form saves your name, phone number, city, preferred batch, course interest, accommodation request and message. We use these details to respond, arrange a meeting and manage admissions. An inquiry does not book a seat or make a payment.

The form can open WhatsApp with your inquiry prepared. You choose whether to send it. Direct conversations are handled by WhatsApp and the institute. Please avoid sending identity documents, card details or other sensitive information in the inquiry box.

Student and owner accounts

Authorized staff may keep student profiles, joining details, attendance, progress, learning materials, assessments, feedback and administrative fee records. Students access their own assigned records; administrators manage them. Passwords are stored as hashes, and sign-in uses security sessions.

Owner devices that enable inquiry alerts register a browser push subscription. The alert directs the owner to the private dashboard; applicant details are not included.

Cookies and measurement

Essential storage supports sign-in, security and cookie preferences. Hosting services process technical request information, including IP addresses, to serve pages and prevent abuse. Our inquiry rate limit uses an hourly IP-derived hash.

Optional tracking is off until you choose it. Analytics enables Google Analytics to measure visits, WhatsApp clicks and successful inquiries. Ad measurement enables Meta Pixel and permits Google ad-related storage and measurement when Analytics is enabled. Google personalized-ad signals remain off. These providers can receive page addresses, device/browser information, identifiers and event data. Our custom lead events exclude the name, phone number and message entered in the form.

Optional first-party cookies can include _ga/_ga_* for Analytics, _gcl_* for Google ads, and _fbp/_fbc for Meta. We remember your choice in browser storage for 180 days.

Change cookie preferences. Withdrawal stops our future custom measurement events, sends provider consent updates and clears matching optional cookies accessible to this website. Browser settings let you remove additional or third-party cookies. Inquiries work with optional cookies off.

Providers, access and security

We use Sites hosting, Cloudflare infrastructure and database/file storage. Authorized institute administrators and providers process information needed to operate these services. Measurement providers may process information in other countries under their own policies. We restrict private-record access and use HTTPS; no online service can promise absolute security.

Retention and requests

Inquiry and training records are kept for follow-up, running the institute and necessary administration. There is currently no automatic fixed deletion schedule for these records. Ask us to review what we hold, correct information or request deletion. We will review your request and explain any records that need retaining. Verification may be needed before changing private records.
